I was just diagnosed with a branchial cleft cyst. I see you had the surgery it looks pretty painful, how long did it take you to recover? Are you happy you did the surgery? Do you have any advice for me? Have you come across any other alternative remedies since you had surgery( you know how that is) I hope you have recovered nicely and are happy with your surgery. Hey Tammie…sorry I haven’t answered back. I didn’t notice I had any comments! I am VERY GLAD I had surgery. The cyst was the size of a baseball by the time they got it out. The scar is kind of big but is fading now. I didn’t realize how crappy I had been feeling for years and this was the culprit. My neck and back hurt sooo bad for years. Well…that is better among other things. I recovered quite well and was back to lifting and doing things I shouldn’t have been within 3 weeks….8) Good luck and maybe you already had your surgery.
Please help I have the same thing now since 09′, had it drained 3 times, and now its growth it rapid and painful. I have been turned away from 5 Doctors and surgeons who dont feel comfortable removing it. Will you please email me the names of your doctors?
